Course Details
This course introduces the principles of adult learning and practical instructional techniques needed to plan, deliver, and evaluate basic GSAR training. The course is designed for experienced ground and inland SAR personnel who are ready to take on instructional roles within their teams. Through applied activities and practice teaching, participants build the confidence and skills required to support effective, team-based learning.
