This course provides leaders with the skills and knowledge to tackle complex challenges in dynamic organizations. Participants will explore adaptive leadership, develop flexible and sustainable strategies and apply values-based inclusive leadership theories. Through reflective practices and applied decisionmaking models, learners enhance their ability to foster innovation, guide teams through change, and maintain a healthy, supportive work climate. Emphasis is placed on asking powerful questions, leveraging influence, and critically analyzing leadership decisions to drive ethical outcomes and create impactful, lasting change.
